I strongly believe that incorporating humanity-centric design principles and listening to our users has the potential to revolutionize the healthcare industry. In my freelance innovation consulting work, I helps small startups and large corporations apply empathy and design thinking to keep the user at the centre of everything they do.
When not in the office I can be found roaming the trails and climbing mountains with a sketchbook and watercolours. Or if I'm in the city I'm perfecting my salsa and bachata skills on the dance floor.
